How It Works

The Mediation Process

Both of you meet with the mediator to discuss your issues and concerns. Mediators are neutral facilitators. We don't take sides. We do provide ideas and information to help the parties reach a fair compromise. We help people break through when negotiations stall. Once an agreement is reached, the mediator writes down all the details, clearly & concisely. You can review the agreement with an attorney or sign it and file it directly with the Court. It's up to you!

Webex video conferencing allows you to mediate from the comfort of home

(or anywhere in the world). Always convenient & safe.

This is such a sad time in our lives. But holding onto bitterness won't make it any easier. We just want to go our separate ways, with as much dignity as possible.
